1 story = 1 customer submission processed into a formatted PDF.
How fast is delivery?
Typically delivered in minutes. Guaranteed within 24 hours of your customer submitting the form.
Do you rewrite or edit what the customer says?
No. The PDF uses the customer's submitted responses. We format and organize their exact words into a clean structure.
Are there revisions?
No revisions. The output is generated from the customer’s submission as-is.
What if the customer gives weak answers?
A PDF is still generated based on what they provided, and it counts toward your monthly story limit.
How does billing work?
Renews monthly from your purchase date.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Cancel or switch plans anytime through the Stripe customer portal link sent in your welcome email.
